{slider Production}
Production of our slicers
Local creativity is our passion and goal. The development and production of our meat slicers and cheese slicers takes place exclusively in Swiss workshops for people with disabilities. There the slicers are manufactured with patience, careful handicraft and great pride. Made of solid wood, our slicers will accompany you for a long time. The clever mechanism protects the blade and the wood. The high quality blades are made by Victorinox. Over 130 years of tradition and experience guarantee knives that are durable, quick to replace and easy to clean.
We attach great importance to contemporary design and a stylish selection of wood species. At the moment the sausage slicer is available in five types of wood: ash, walnut, cherry, plum and olive. In our shop online you will find pictures of sausage slicers in various wood species. Choose your favourite wood.
We use Swiss wood and raw materials wherever possible. Most of the wood used for our slicers grows in Swiss forests. When quality and design demand it, we find exclusive natural raw materials abroad. For example, fine olive tree wood for sausage slicers, salami slicers or cheese slicers. We are welcome to help you with information about the origin.
{slider Care and Storage }
Store the wood products at a room temperature that is as constant as possible. After use, wipe with a damp cloth and dry. Do not clean under water, with a hard brush or strong detergent. The wood products are not suitable for the dishwasher. If necessary, treat with food-safe wood oil or edible oil (e.g. olive oil). The blades are all replaceable or can be sharpened.
