BENDERER' S CONFECTIONERY

Our company was founded in 1937 by Grandfather Peder Benderer in Sent. In 1998 I, Peder Benderer from 3rd generation, took over the confectionery and the branch with a cafe in Scuol. At the beginning of my new future, I spent 20 days on foot, just as the confectioners of the Lower Engadine used to do in the 18th century on their way to their new home.

The result of my deliberate journey were new product ideas but also an attitude characterized by slowness and attention as a prerequisite for creative production as well as creative enjoyment. I hope that both will come together with my products.
