Production of our slicers
Each of our durable cheese slicers is a unique piece with a unique wood grain. They are all made in Swiss workshops for people with disabilities. Our elegant cheese knives are extremely robust and rich in detail. The feet of the plane are stable and multiple dowelled and glued. So this plane will accompany you for an incredibly long time.
Our planes are available in five types of wood: ash, walnut, cherry, plum and olive.
{slider Care and Storage }
Store the wood products at a room temperature that is as constant as possible. After use, wipe with a damp cloth and dry. Do not clean under water, with a hard brush or strong detergent. The wood products are not suitable for the dishwasher. If necessary, treat with food-safe wood oil or edible oil (e.g. olive oil). The blades are all replaceable or can be sharpened.
