The dry meat knife damask is forged in Emmental and finished in Biel. The dry meat knife damask blade has – thanks to the stainless torsion damask steel – a unique pattern. Each piece is unique.
The dry meat knife damask has a hardness of 60 HRC. The dray meat knife damask handle is made of stabilized ash. It harmonizes perfectly with the damask pattern of the blade.

Due to the great success of the damask version of the sknife steak knife, all blade versions are offered as exclusive damask knife. The torsion damask steel is treated with two of the best knife steels with up to 1‘000 layers per knife.
